How do I receive my sewing patterns after purchase?

All Helen's Closet patterns are digital PDF downloads. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your files, which include print-at-home, A0 copy shop, and illustrated instruction formats.

What size range do your patterns cover?

We pride ourselves on inclusivity. Most of our patterns are available in sizes 0-34, which accommodates a chest measurement up to 60 inches and a hip measurement up to 62 inches.

Can I sell garments made from Helen's Closet patterns?

Our patterns are intended for personal use only. You may not sell garments made from our patterns or mass-produce them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Do you offer physical paper patterns?

Currently, we only offer digital PDF patterns. This allows us to provide instant delivery worldwide and include comprehensive, high-quality instruction booklets that you can view on any device.

What is your return policy for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been purchased. However, if you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team.

Are seam allowances included in the patterns?

Yes, all Helen's Closet patterns include seam allowances. The specific allowance width is noted within the instructions for each individual pattern, typically measuring 5/8 inch (1.5 cm).
