At Helen's Closet Patterns, we want you to love your sewing projects; however, due to the nature of digital goods, PDF patterns are non-refundable once downloaded. For physical merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your physical item is unopened and in its original packaging, or verify that your digital purchase has not yet been downloaded.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Securely package your physical goods and send them back to our studio using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
